1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Star Reno Vision Pte Ltd (“the Company”) for renovation services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with our services.
2. Services
Star Reno Vision Pte Ltd is a licensed HDB Renovation Contractor (DRC No. HB-11-6262C) providing interior design and renovation services for HDB flats, condominiums, landed properties, and commercial spaces in Singapore. All works are carried out in accordance with HDB guidelines and applicable Singapore regulations.
3. Quotations & Contracts
- All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
- A formal renovation contract will be signed before any works commence.
- The scope of works, materials, and timeline will be as specified in the signed contract.
- Any variation or additional works requested after contract signing will be priced separately.
4. Payment Terms
- A deposit (typically 10–20% of the contract value) is required upon signing of the contract.
- Progress payments are due at milestones as specified in the contract.
- Final payment is due upon completion and handover of works.
- Late payments may incur interest charges as stipulated in the contract.
5. Project Timeline
Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control including material delivery delays, weather conditions, or client-requested changes. We will communicate any significant delays promptly.
6. Warranties
- We provide a 12-month workmanship warranty on completed renovation works.
- Warranty covers defects arising from workmanship under normal use and conditions.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications.
- Manufacturer warranties apply to supplied fixtures and fittings.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Ensuring necessary approvals (HDB, MCST, etc.) are obtained prior to works commencing.
- Providing access to the premises during agreed working hours.
- Notifying us promptly of any concerns during the renovation.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our works.
9. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to mediation before any legal proceedings. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
