I was introduced to Alan by a friend who did his reno with HOME by STAR RENO, particularly Alan. Before engaging Alan, i had viewed my friend's place and was surprised by the quality of the work and design of the house. So i contacted Alan and asked for a quotation. I was invited to his showroom and was well greeted by him and we immediately clicked. He is also an easy going person, which i find surprisingly easy to talk to.
The quote given to me was at a resonable price compared to 4 other companies i went to and so i agreed to engage in his company. The designs and ideas given to me was always good. His experience to advice me on what should be done and what should not be done amazes me. He is always giving me advices on designs also and im happy i listened to him.
The whole process from handing over to taking over of the unit was smooth as Alan is very responsible. I could always trust him in getting the work done on time and he took his client seriously.
